1. Project Description – a short description according with the project fiche

a. milestones =main objectives of the project (for a supply project it may be for instance 1. hardware purchase, 2.installation of hardware and software, 3.testing the system, etc, for a TA contract it may be 1.delivery of feasibility study, 2.preparation of the TS, 3.training module, etc).

2. Project Sustainability

For instance:
- in the case of the works contracts they must outline if the respective objective of investment it is exploited/functions properly; also if the beneficiary has foreseen in its budget the costs of maintenance, conservation (for works suspended for winter, or other reasons like disputes, etc);
- in the case of the supply contracts (certain equipments or goods) it must be mentioned if these are functioning and are used for the activities as established; also if the beneficiary has foreseen in its budget the costs of consumables, aftersales contracts, etc;
- in the case of the technical assistance contracts (studies, reports, tendering documents, trainings) ) it must be mentioned if and how these results turn into projects or future activities financed from EU funds or other sources;
- at the ending of the contract - to be specified the impact of the project upon the activity of the beneficiary.

3. Details of Implementation

- details regarding the progress existing to the reporting date, the description of the activities developed that led to the achievement of the results of the contracts (when contract not signed yet, info on the status of the tendering procedure – evaluation, etc).

4. Problems encountered/risks in achieving results, irregularities, audits

- it is mentioned the case in which there are difficulties that appeared in the implementing of the project;
- referring to the “irregularities” – it must be specified the identified irregularities, the due amounts and the stage of the recovery, also complaints if case or other irregularities related to the tendering process (if case);
- referring to the “audits” - it must be mentioned any kind of problems discovered by the internal and external audit made on the projects to the Implementing Authority, that delays the implementing of the project, any on the spot visit or other monitoring activity that may give further objective information of the project.

5. Next steps

- info on exactly next steps (see milestones in conjunction with the details of implementation – normally next step would be the one not accomplished in the milestones listed, unless, during implementation a different sequence was decided).
